Salem Rotary Club

Welcome to the Salem Rotary Club. Since its charter by Rotary international in 1918, The Rotary Club of Salem has had only one mission: "To Serve the Community of Salem." Our motto "Service Above Self" guides the actions of each Rotarian and provides the backdrop for our many and varied Community Service Projects.

Youth:

We firmly believe that encouraging our youth to seek challenges and achieve excellence is essential to building a strong community and responsible social structure. In addition to our Dictionary and Literacy projects in the Grammar Schools, we take pride in providing Scholarships each year to Salem Students graduating from local High Schools and continuing on to higher education...

Family:

As a Club we support family stability by creating and maintaining safe havens for learning and growing. Organizations like the Girls and Boys Club, DFC, The "Y", Salem School Dept, etc... have long been associated with our great Club.

Community:

Supporting agencies like the Salvation Army, Lifebridge, HAWC, St Josephs Food Pantry and others, goes a long way towards making a difference in the day-to-day lives of our less fortunate.

It all boils down to one thing. Rotary is all about the community, and as Rotarians we believe that this defines our Mission. It is who we are and what we do. With your help we will continue to have an impact on life in Salem.
