Recognitions and Fines: 

• Bruce Whear paid a fine for having the entire club sing "Row, Row, Row Rotarians for his birthday.

Program for the December 16th Meeting:

New member Beth Ann Bower was inducted.  Congratulations Beth Ann!  We were entertained by the Salem High School  Band.  At the end of the program President Dave presented $1,000 donation for the band.
