ANNOUNCEMENTS
We would like to thank Ken Rothwell for donating the dinner for last weeks Salem Mission dinner. We would also like to thank the Rotarian's who served the meal. This is turning into a great monthly tradition.
New member Scott Grover was introduced by John Walsh. Please remember to welcome Scott to the club and sign his book. We are in the lead for new members in the district. Lets keep it up. New membership is a very important aspect of our club.
We are proud to announce that Anna Kulakowski has been named an official member of the Salem Rotary Club. Anna was given her permanent badge by Dick Moore.
The District Assembly night is scheduled for Wednesday April 14th at 4:00pm with dinner.
Swampscott Club Duct Tape Regatta. We need a team to represent the city known for maritime trade. The proceeds will go the Rotary International Water Project. Please see Bill Kielbasa for the rules.
Our Celebrity Bartender night is scheduled for Tuesday May 11th at Finz Rest. Viktoria Talebian is leading the way on this event and I am confident it will be a great evening of fellowship and fundraising.
Please make note that our meeting scheduled for Tuesday May 18th will be moved to Thursday May 20th. This is to accommodate a visit by the incoming GSE team from London, England. The Salem Rotary Club will be one of two sites in the District to host the team. We are expecting visitors from several area clubs to join us.
