Brenda closed the meeting by sharing a practice of meditation she had adopted called Metta Meditation. The practice of Metta is meant to increase self awareness and to project love and kindness into an individual, group, or notion. It is known for being a form of compassion meditation. Brenda took us all out of our comfort zones and led us through several minutes of Metta.
